    Description

    Stephan Microcut Type MCHD 30 II Cutter / Emulsifier, stainless steel construction, driven by 30kW motor. Rated for 440-volt, 3,540 RPM, 3-phase, 60-cycle. Serial number 711.939.01. Offered with stainless steel feed hopper with clamped lid and 5” diameter discharge, feeding into the emulsifying head within approximately 8” diameter chamber. Product discharges out 3” diameter outlet with threaded connection. Unitized on portable base with casters. Includes electrical box. These machines are designed to handle various food products, including meat, vegetables, fruits, and other ingredients. They are widely used in industrial settings such as meat processing plants, bakeries, and confectioneries.

    Manufacturer Details: The unique Microcut principle allows fine cutting and emulsifying processes in one machine. Microcut MCH-D machines with double cutting set are for medium and big capacity applications but require very little space in the factory only. The low inlet height of the funnel allows installing the machine directly below the exit of a grinder or bowling cutter. They handle almost all the tasks involved in the production of meat masses for sausage production, fine pate, puree, baby food and similar fine and smooth products in the meat and convenience industry.
