This sturdy machine features a 25 qt. / 23 liter stainless steel cutter bowl that tilts forward for easy removal of product and can be fully removed for cleaning. Plus, the polycarbonate lid allows you to add liquids or other ingredients during processing! This versatile unit boasts two speeds at 1800 and 3600 RPM, and is able to liquefy, chop, grind, puree, and emulsify - making it perfect for use in your institutional kitchen or healthcare facility.

This machine's powerful 6 hp, three phase motor is operated by a control panel with a digital 0 - 15 minute timer, and retractable casters provide mobility when needed. The included adjustable, stainless steel two blade Blixer assembly quickly processes an array of foods, while the included bowl scraper assembly ensures that every bit is processed and used!

The Robot Coupe Blixer 23 requires a 208/240V, 3 Phase electrical connection for operation.
