    Description

    The fryer was used only a handfull of times since we bought it in 2020 to process potato chips. It is brand new and completely operational. It is available to pick up.

    Kettle batch fryer with a 80 kg/h output of kettle type potato chips. The unit counts with an automatic agitator with pallets, agitator also helps to push chips out when cooking is ready. Agitator rev speed and agitator cart speed are regulated independently with servo motor and is set in the controller panel touch pad. Also available for setting in the touch pad is the low flame and high flame temperature as well as the overall time of frying and the time for discharge.

    Fryer holds 1000 lts of oil and uses a burner with a 1,000,000 BTU / H natural gas input.

    Fryer comes with exit conveyor that helps to drain excess oil from the chip. Included as well is the exhaust chimney with isolation.

    We will include the inlet conveyor for the fryer with the price, as well as an additional exit conveyor. 1.8m long with a perforated belt and cooling.
