It was purchased and first used in the fall of 2013 and was removed from the grader in the summer of 2018. Model number is AEL-BLMCTRL 3/04/IU and the serial number is 10717. The LED Control model number is AEL-CCG-9200-3PH40 and the serial number is 10923.
Machine ran great for us and is in excellent condition, only reason we are selling is we upgraded to Spectrum, the new grading platform of Compac. Everything needed to run the machine was taken off when we did the upgrade. The wires were cut when machine was removed so it will need new wiring. Otherwise everything included is computers, LED controller, all cameras for all 4 lanes with lane guides and light covers, user manual, and calibration tools.
For the machine to become operational it would need to be wired, calibrated, and set up by Compac and would probably need to include training also.
We have only run apples using the InVision but it can handle a number of different fruit and vegetables. The machine will handle virtually any size fruit that passes under it. We mostly ran between 2"-4" inch diameter fruit/apples. InVision takes multiple pictures of every piece of produce that passes under the machine as it rotates to create a full model of the produce. InVision has the capabilities to grade produce in a number of different ways using, color, shape, size, volume, diameter and blemish (defect).
Can handle 100,000 apples per hour based on running speed.
