The Metra 6AS-136 Optical Color Sorter

We only used this for about a year before we shut down this location. I have multiple of these machines and absolutely love them. I had other cleaners and they didn't work well or consistently. This machine you can turn on and walk away. It is very easy to use, our employees learned to use it in minutes.

We used it to clean hemp hearts and we were able to remove all debris and have pure clean hemp hearts instantly. It will clean any grain like quinoa, oats, corn, soybeans.

It is extremely fast too. It can process 2-4 tons or 80-160 bushels per hour.

They have great customer service too, they are based in the US and you can reach them anytime. It uses German technology and has japanese cameras.

I paid $60,000 for it one year ago.
