    The Model Streamer from Turatti, was designed in order to automatically obtain a wide range of spiralized vegetables, with different shapes and sizes.

    The innovative approach of the Turatti Group, allowed to obtain the very first automated system to turn vegetables and fruit into “spaghetti” or “tagliatelle” for a vegetarian, healthy and nutritious way to eat.

    The cutting station is composed of a series of multiple cutting heads (varying according to the capacity of the model).

    Centering systems secures the products to the holding device and align the center of one end of the vegetable or fruit with the central coring blade. Subsequently pressure is acted towards the blades of the cutting head (that can be equipped with a set of replaceable cutting blades). Each cutting head is a very smart piece of technology with a centering device that is allowing to create uniform and regular spiral slices from firm fruits and vegetables, thus in
    different shapes.

    The cutting head automatically separates the extremities of the product and permit to cut the length of the spirals. A large number of cutting blades are available in different type and shape. The blades on the cutting head are designed
    to effectively slice vegetables, while remaining small enough to easily clean with the sanitizers.

    The center coring blade is conceived to allow operators to spiralize produce with a large flexibility. With the minimized shape can be processed products that are smaller in diameter (such like carrots), while is still wide enough to house
    heavier and larger vegetables.

    Designed to be very easy to operate and clean, with protection for safe operation.

    The main parts of the machine are:

    · Centering and holding device
    · Cutting Head with Replaceable Blades
    · Supporting structure

    Entirely made by AISI 304 STAINLESS STEEL, excluding the bought-out mechanical components.
