101. ONE CROWN DEHULLING ASPIRATOR
Duty: To aspirate the cracked yellow peas and remove the hulls that have separated from the peas.
Design: Counter current air flow with a special internal construction to facilitate hull removal.
Construction: Heavy, robust construction with 1/4" thick carbon steel side walls.
Including: Integral rotary feeder for control of air flow
Drive: Direct drive.
Motor: 2 HP

Note: This aspiration system is sized for 17,637 lb/h of cracked yellow peas at the inlet to the aspirator. At lower rates, some additional care may be necessary to ensure proper distribution of the cracked peas entering the feeder section.

Duty: To collect the hulls that have been removed in the dehulling aspirator.
Design: High efficiency, long cylinder type, with flanged inlet and outlet, bolted cleanout in bottom 1/3 of cone, mounting pads for setting on structural steel.
Construction: Carbon steel with AR liner in inlet scroll.
Capacity: 3,500 CFM
