Alliston MFG Potato/Vegetable Wash and Grading Line

2017 Alliston MFG equipment for sale. 50 Ton per hour capacity, heavy built steel and stainless steel construction. The equipment was used to wash and grade processing potatoes, but could be used for beets, carrots, or other root crops. All electric motors are currently set up for 480 3 phase power. The line includes multiple pieces including:

Stainless steel self-contained flume w/rock and trash conveyor, exit incline conveyor, high-volume recirculating pump, and VFD controller.

Stainless steel incline conveyor with stainless steel, flighted conveyor belt and VFD controller.

High capacity barrel washer w/spray bar.

Inspection table with stainless steel rollers for 360 degree inspection, platforms for personnel, chutes for culls, and exit conveyor for culls . VFD controller.

Cross conveyor from Inspection Table with self-tracking conveyor belt.

30’ rolling conveyor, rolls by the inspection line for continuous, indoor, bulk loading of semi trailers.

Electrical control panel that houses the VFD’s and all electrical equipment for push-button starts and E-stop system. If bought complete, the system will also include the cord drops and wire for all equipment.
