Description

Trepko 2017 Thermo-Form-Fill-Seal model 9004FFS in excellent overall condition. Last used for soft/spreadable cheese. The machine is extremely clean, no corrosion, no mechanical damage, and the frame, stations, and tooling all present close to new.

Capacity up to 120 cpm or 7,200 cph. CPI-capable and hot-fill ready. Comes with exit conveyor, open CIP tank, and cup leak detector. Current cup format per drawing: diameter 28.25 mm x depth 24.23 mm. Format can be modified for a fee.

Originally sold new in 2017 for over $445,000. The price of the machine refurbished by Trepko is US$278,900 delivered with a 12-week lead time. “As-is” for immediate shipment is priced at US$195,000 (est. $20K needed for parts and labor). Price may vary if new molds are required.

Some electrical components were removed, which you can see clearly in the photos. Mechanically the machine is fully intact and a strong candidate for recommissioning or refurbishment. If sold refurbished, the missing electrical components will be supplied and installed. If sold as-is, it will ship in the current condition with those electrical pieces absent.

Machine includes the complete frame, forming/filling/sealing/cutting stations, existing tooling, dosing head, covers, and any spare parts shown in the photos.
