    Description

    Alpha-PK VFFS = Vertical Form Fill Seal auto forming bagger with 10 head scale
    This is a Combo unit and is used extensively in the Candy, Confection, Potato Chip dried fruit and dried Pet Food industries.

    This is a Brand New unit and an equivalent unit thats available through the major scale companies will cost you double the price. This unit is capable of forming its own poly bag, make a gusseted bottom for stand up if you need this, has a bottom bag settling vibratory system. Can have gas flush inserted as well. All equipment for Gas Flush is not included as you will have to contact your local gas company for the gas and gas regulator and have them decide what is the best mix of gas that you may require if you are to use gas flushing. When bagging items like candy wrapped or even non wrapped No Gas flushing is required.

    Extremely accurate weighing.
    Timely accurate reporting of production available on controller.
    Uses any poly -layered or non layer films.

    The owner will only have to deliver the product that they wish to pack to the hopper/ vibrator so that it can be separated and delivered thereafter to the vertical rise conveyor to the scale hopper. After the scale has decided what scale hoppers are to release its product, the desired weight will be dropped into the machines roll stock made bag. The unit has a date coder for simple date coding / batch code.

    Print Film Registration is part of this system.
    Power is 208/240v, 3Phase, 60Hz
    Height requirements is approximately 9' - 10' to set the system up
    This system does not require a Cat walk stand to do maintenance.

    Units Chain is all Stainless Steel
    Cabinet and all covers are made of 304 Stainless Steel.
