    Used vertical sachets machine for powder packaging by Schmucker Srl (Italy) type AS200.

    Machine is filling powder into film sachettes, with welded 4 sides.

    Machine can work on sachettes with dimensions:
    Minimal length: 80 mm – maximal length 220 mm.
    Minimal width: 50 mm – maximal width 195 mm.

    Machine is equipped with 4 electrical heaters – each with power 1000 W / 220 V / AC. Maximal working temperature up to 200C. Diameter of heating rolls of vertical welding – 88.2 mm.

    Machine has one rotating knife and one stator knife.
    Knives dimensions: 3 x 30 x 200 mm.
    Maximal diameter of roll with film 350 mm, maximal width of film 390 mm.

    Machine is equipped with stainless steel conical feeding hopper, equipped with feeding screw.
    Volume of hopper 30 l.
    Electric supply: 380 V/ 50 hz AC, power consumption 7 kW.
    Pressured air consumption: 5Nl/min at 5 bar pressure.
