Description

Ishida Combination scale with Ilapak form, fill & seal machine, new in 2001.

Ishida model CCW-EM-214/30, 14-bucket with 4-3/4in x 5-1/2in x 8in deep buckets, smooth buckets, dimpled vibratory feeders.

Scale feeds Ilapak Vegatronic vertical form, fill & seal machine, 11-3/4in wide sealing bar.

Previously used to pack various candies into bags at a capacity of 45 bags/min.

Includes (4) forming tubes (2-1/2in, 3-1/2in, 4-1/2in & 6-1/2in diameter tubes).

Product is fed to scale by RBM, Model LS 100-9, Z-frame bucket elevator, mild steel/painted frame, 5ft infeed, 11ft vertical, 5ft discharge, with 4-1/2in x 9in x 2-1/2in deep plastic buckets.

Scale and bagger are surrounded by mezzanine, measuring approximately 9ft x 7ft x 7ft, plus safety rails and stairs.

In good working condition when removed from service.
