This barely used Sol Pac 4 lane stick pack machine is tooled for 35 mm wide sticks (Liquid IV, LMNT, and Vital Proteins Size), comes with 2 different auger sets for different powders, and 3 different screen sets.
The line was only used for less than a year. We grew out of this line and were really only using it while we waited for a new 10 lane. We made many improvements to the line since we received it including, operator friendly lighting inside the machine, new augers, improved PLC settings for agitation, and replaced many of the wear parts.
We also have spare heating elements, jaws, blades, ink cartridges, and more.
We also installed American made Pneucon Vacuum loader that ties directly into the level sensor on the machine. We recently replaced all the filters and the blower so this is like new.
In addition to that we purchased a brand new counting system built and serviced in the US. This counting system makes it so much easier to kit the stick packs into cartons or pouches in line without having to repack them later. Most companies overlook the difficulty of kitting the stick packs and just look at the cost of the stick pack machine unit itself. The counting system will both save you a lot of labor and increase your overall finished goods throughput.
