Weighpack Weigh Filling System with VERTEK 800 Vertical Form & Seal Machine.

Bag size range-2in to 8in wide X 3in to 12in long.

Designed to automatically weigh and fill various bean types into vertically formed and sealed pouches. The designed finished product weight is 1l pounds, packaged in laminated pillow pouches with a vertical back seal, measuring 3in W x 10in L x 2in G.

With estimated mechanical rates of up to 18-25 cycles per minute

System includes: Primolinear V5 twin lane linear net weigher with 5-liter weigh bucket & funnel, and touch screen controls; Vertek 800 vertical form & seal machine with bag gusset attachment and 10in display screen; stainless steel 181in long inclined infeed conveyor with 1.5 cu. ft. hopper and plastic cleated belt conveyor; heavy duty floor stand to support V-5 Primolinear; and 12in wide X 76in long exit conveyor with plastic belting. New in 2018.
