Description

This complete line consists of a Bulk Bag unloader with 1000 kg hoist, Hayssen stainless steel form fill and seal machine, 8" loading conveyor and Fortress metal detector.

This unit can also be set up as 2 individual pieces (as in the picture) to accomodate a 14' ceiling.

The Hayssen bagger has 13" wide jaws and a 16" back seal.

It comes with a Videojet Dataflex coder to code on the film.

The exit conveyor is a Fortress Phantom metal detector with a 26" wide x 10" high aperture. The belt width is 24" wide. The angle on the Fortress is adjustable to a horizontal position. Last detecting 1.5 ferrous, 1.5 non ferrous and 2.0 stainless. Last running a 5.5" x 5.75" 45 gr. bags of non registered film.

Machines are still set up and operational.

Bulk bag unloader frame size is approx. 89" wide x 128" long x 18' tall.
