Single Lane Powder Stick Packer rated at up to 40 bpm depending upon product and fill volume. Pillow pouch style bag with top, bottom and rear seals and straight cut. Complete with (1) auger set, one tooling set (80mm film layflat or 30mm stick width). Servo auger feed system with hopper and adjustable height and angle positioning. Film registration sensor, auto film feed. Horizontal and Vertical sealing jaws with temperature controls. Touchpad controls for: variable pouching speed, auger on/off, auger fill time and speed, fill delay, auger stirring on/off, vibration on/off, cutting knife on/off, length of bag, jog screen (for each station), pouch counter and set count. Mounted on casters. Has hotstamp and controller but not installed. Previous owner was using an inkjet printer.
