    Installed a new Emerson condenser and Larkin cooling unit.
    Maintains 34-38 degrees F, even in 110 degree summer days.
    Installed a side door that’s not in use but could be if needed.
    We paid $22k to outfit it and are asking $16k. You must arrange hauling it away.
