Purchased used - was going to use it for food manufacturing but found out we didn't have enough power in our facility to operate it - so we haven't used it. Will need a remote condenser.

Rack and roll freezer - just put the whole rack in and freeze within 2 hours or less. Excellent for frozen foods and food safety. Comes with a HACCP printer and probes to ensure perfect temps.
