Description
The vaporizer maintains pressure in a CO2 storage tank for vapor withdrawal and large liquid applications. The vaporizer is a pressure maintenance type that is activated by low storage pressure and remains fully flooded with liquid CO2. The design is a weatherproof construction for outdoor installation adjacent to the storage tank.

Outer Shell: White PVC plastic and gel-coated fiberglass.

Insulation: Efficient 3" thick closed cell polyurethane foam with insulated cap for heater element.

Electrical Requirements: 230/460V 3 pH 60Hz with a transformer supplied 120V 1pH control circuit. Customer supplied fused disconnect required.

Safety Controls: A 375 psi safety valve to relieve excessive pressure, a thermostat for overheat protection, and a fused 120V control circuit for transformer protection.

Connections: 1" MPT liquid supply, 1" MPT vapor return, " FPT tank pressure sensing connection
