    Description

    Machine Specifications:
    1. Belt: 24" wide with 4'-6' active length;
    2. Dwell time 2-20 minutes;
    3. Habisat 2532 Acetyl material;
    4. driven by 1/20th HP 90 V Dayton DC gear motor with 200 to 1 reduction;
    further reduction of 9.33 to 1 taken with chain drive; motor controlled
    by Dart Variable speed drive;
    5. belt has 6" high product guards to keep product on belt;
    6. Fan Coil unit: coil is Krack copper aluminum coil with 4 FPI; circuited for DX Freon feed; has electric defrost controlled by
    time clock,
    shaker stops automatically during defrost to stop feed;
    Fan is a Dayton 1 hp belt drive tube axial fan and provides air velocity of
    390 FPM measured at the belt; air volume can be changed by changing
    pulley on drive motor;
    7. Refrigeration system: compressor Hussman model KP014-5L5 air cooled condensing unit with 6 HP Copeland semihermetic
    compressor mounted in one end of the freezer; system uses R507 freon;
    8. unit provides 5 F air at the belt when running 100 lb per hour of product
    9. Control panel: with 20 amp 460 V min breaker; unit has Partlow 7000
    chart recorder to record air temperature; has control switches for the
    liquid line solenoid, fan
    10. Total length: 18' feet, width 8' feet, height 6' foot; weight: approximately 7,000 pounds.
