    This Italfreezer machine was made to mix air with the ice cream mixture to achieve the desired increase in volume, to cool and stir the mixture so added air in order to obtain the viscous product that we call ice cream, and to provide sufficient pressure to
    convey the ice cream to use by sliding it into a tube.

    This Continuous Gelato machine can take in 150 liters of mix and produce it into 300 liters of product.
    the machine is really simple to use and has support from the manufacturer in Italy.
