THIS SPIRAL IS PROFESSIONALLY REMOVED AND READY TO INSTALL TODAY!

All stainless spiral removed from a USDA facility running poultry products. The spiral is a all welded all stainless spiral that ran for 2 years and is in great condition.
Highlights include:

- 1220' active 36" belt with 20.25 levels
- 3.5" product clearance
- Set up as a down spiral currently (can be modified)
- 120 Ton evaporator currently on Freon can run and circuit R-22. R-507 or Ammonia, (3) 25 hp fans
- Three rail system can run plastic or stainless belt
- A new Plastic or stainless belt included in pricing (your choice)
- A new NEMA 4x stainless panel included with Allen Bradley PLC and Inverters
- Complete center access deck with two access points
- (1) RVS refrigerant recirculator with two Buffalo Pumps
- Stainless steel freezer doors
(enclosure will need to be replaced)
- Two Kleenline stainless frame incline conveyors with Intrlox belting (approx. 40')

This is one of the best spirals we have seen and will install as new at a fraction of the replacement price

Hello Capacity is based on belt loading dwell needed to freeze and product it is freezing In general this would be a 4-5,000 lb per hour freezer. Depending on type of freezer floor ( elevated or at grade ) the unit height of is 17'9" could be adjusted a little Thank you
