    Description

    Northfield spiral cooler with bottom feed and top discharge, includes 30in wide belt, 13-tier system, 5in spacing between tiers. Frame is constructed of galvanized steel.

    Conveyor is driven by 3 HP motor thru v-belt to heavy-duty gearbox, incudes belt tensioning system.

    Spiral is installed within 21ft x 25ft x 14ft high insulated enclosure with (2) access doors, enclosure is mounted on top of 7in high concrete foundation.

    Offered with feed conveyor and discharge conveyor. Discharge conveyor measures 24in wide x 12ft long, set up as decline conveyor with 9-1/2ft feed height (out of spiral cooler), and 62in discharge height, leading to 32in wide wire belt conveyor with 90in turn.

    System includes controls.

    Previously used with Trenton model THP-150PE-T4A-SN-2483 evaporator system (not included).
