Description

Olympian whole house generator. 45 KW, LP fuel, 1800 RPM, 240/120 v 1 phase, 3 wire, 60Hz, 188 amps. Unit was installed brand new when house was built in 2005. We bought in 2012. Only has about 100 hours. Barely broken in. Engine is a Ford - similar to the Taurus basic engine. I have had some electrical/electronics problems with this which I am unable to fix. An experienced electrician/generator technician should have no problem getting it up and running. When I can get it running it runs great. Nothing wrong with the engine itself but something in the electronics shuts the engine off. Too nice a unit to just be sitting here unused. Because of its size and capacity, it could easily be a small business power supply. Switch box will sell with it. Sound Attenuated Enclosure.

Buyer must arrange for removal and shipping. Seller will coordinate with licensed electrician for removal. NEGOTIABLE ON PRICE. Comparable units selling for $12,000 to $15,000.
