Used A & B Process Systems High Temperature Circulation System.

Skid contains
(1) Chromalox catalog # 155-500286-576 40 kW, 3-phase, 480 volt flanged heater,
(2) Fisher controls model 32, 1in 316 SS actuated valves with Fieldvues,
(1) PBM model PAVBL4535-0075 actuated S/S ball valve,
(3) Rosemount model 644HANAXAJ6M5F6Q4C2 temperature indicators,
(1) RCM Model 1-83-VDL-15- B2CT flow indicator, and
(1) Endress + Hauser Promass E model 40E15-AAASAEAAB4AA mass flow meter.

Fluid is recirculated by a Goulds G&L model 1SVBK3 vertical multi stage 304 S/S pump rated 15 GPM @ 1100ft head @ 3450 RPM @ 360 PSI, Temperature 250 F.

Powered by Reliance 3/4 HP 3/60/230-460 volt, 3450 RPM motor.

All product contact surfaces are 304/316 SS.

Unit is skid mounted on SS frame and is equipped with controls and Allen Bradley VFD. (2) controllers are missing.

Overall dimensions are 40in X 40in X 84in tall.
