Description

HTST Pasteurization System, includes APV Hydraulic Plate Type Heat Exchanger, Model CR5, serial number 21039. Unit contains approximately 350 stainless steel plates measuring 16in wide X 60in long for a total heat transfer surface area of approximately 2,300 square feet. System includes ITT Standard Hot Water Set with shell and tube heat exchanger rated for 150 PSI MAWP at 375 degrees Fahrenheit to negative 20 degrees Fahrenheit. Set includes 7.5 HP Centrifugal Pump with 3in in/out. System complete with Buffer tank measuring 50in diameter X 13in straight side on half of tank; 21in straight side on taller portion. System previously used in food operation and in very good condition.
