    Description

    All stainless steel "u" bend heat exchanger by allegheny bradford, serial # 023558-1-1-1. Part # he238200. Features apx. 10 sq/ft of heat exchange surface, national board rated (# 4633) for 150 psi @ -20 to 350 f on tube side, 22 tubes x .750" diameter x 28" long (u bend not included in surface area) in 316l stainless steel, shell is 304 ss with insulated body and four side jacket inlets, 2-1" female npt, 1-four bolt 4. 250" od flange and 1-four bolt 3.50" od flange, flat bottom with 15 5/8" x 12" mounting plate with 4- . 750" mounting holes in corners, 11" od x 8 bolt heat exchanger flange mounting with 2" inlet and outlet with tri clamp connections, all product contact surfaces have high polished finish, exchanger was formerly part of sani-matic cip system in pharmaceutical service.
