Fryma Koruma Vacuum Mixing, Dispersing, Homogenizing System.

The Fryma Koruma DISHO V140/200 Jacketed Vacuum Process Vessel is ideal as a Large scale laboratory multipurpose mixing system.

Previous Use: Pharmaceutical service.
Overall Dimensions: 64’ W x 78” D x 92” T.

Model DISHO V140/200,

40-160 Liter (10.56-42.2 Gal) Batch Capacity, 200 Liter Overall Capacity (52.8 Gal). Includes top entering full body anchor scraper agitator and bottom homogenizer. Quick swinging clamps allow access to vessel interior, mechanical seal for Vacuum Operation.

Contact parts are all stainless steel (316-SS) and the vessel is jacketed (87 psi ASME code constructed and certified/ Operating temperature is 356°).

The prewired system (480 V, 3 Ph, 60 Hz.) includes control display mounted on a Heavy Duty Stainless Steel Base.

Equipped with 50 Liter Dry Hopper (1.7 Gal., 21” Dia. x 46” Tall) and 100 Liter Liquid Hopper Jacketed with Agitator (3.53 Gal., 23” Dia x 72” Tall).

This machine is supplied with an Operations Manual. Please see attachments for additional specifications. MFG. 1995.
