Laboratory vacuum homogenizing and emulsifying mixer by Xinyou Chemical Machinery Co. Ltd., model XY-B, serial # n/a. Features five gallon total capacity, all stainless steel construction with polished pharmaceutical grade finish, scraper agitator with Teflon scraper blades and high speed homogenizing mixer both driven through ac frequency controllers for variable speed capability on both agitators, jacketed with self contained recirculating heater, mixing vessel has center bottom discharge with valve and manual tilting of vessel, hydraulically operated agitator lift and lower and may be stopped anywhere in the cycle, vessel is rated for full vacuum service with on board vacuum pump and receiver tank, vessel has multiple top inlets including atmosphere inlet with filter, standard inlet with ball valve, ingredient inlet with small hopper, sight glass with internal wiper and vessel internal illumination sight glass with light, factory control panel and mounted on casters, presently wired for 220 volt/3 phase service. Formerly used in pharmaceutical service. Manual included.
