Description

Laboratory "TE.3 turbo emulsifier" by Pressco Engineering Inc. Unit features fully jacketed and insulated mixing vessel with triple motion agitation including scraper agitator with hinged teflon scrapers, counter rotating blades (3 to 63 rpm) and high speed 70 mm diameter homogenizer (0-2000 rpm), vessel is 12 liter total volume with working capacity from 2 to 7 liters, all agitators are variable speed, vessel is mounted on powered lift and is 250 mm in diameter and 270 mm straight side, flat gasketed cover allows internal vacuum service in vessel rated to 30 torr, internal light, sight glass and vacuum outlet including acrylic receiver chamber (vacuum provided by user), on board 3 kw electric fluid heating system and recirculating pump piped through vessel jacket and rated for maximum temperature of 160 c, mfg rates unit for maximum cps of one million and maximum product density of 2 kg/dm 3, internal temperature probe and center bottom outlet with ball valve, inlet and outlet lines for vessel cooling from owners source, mounted on factory cabinet base with control panel and four opposing service doors. Formerly used in branded cosmetics lab. Factory OAD 1400 mm x 900 mm x 2060 high @ 615 kg.
