Tank mounted homogenizer by IKA Works, Inc., model UTC 80/KD, serial # 2926-14, part # PO17951. Features pharmaceutical grade closed tank in 316L stainless steel, angular mounted homogenizer is direct driven by siemens 3 horsepower motor @ 3520 RPM, 230/460 3 phase voltage, 7.6/3.8 amps, motor is UL listed for use in hazardous locations under Class I/Groups C & D, Class II/Groups F & G, mixer shaft is fitted with IKA shaft seal in SS housing the mixer matched part and serial numbers, centrally mounted mixer drive bottom sweeping flat paddle agitator with flow through holes, can be furnished buyers choice of motor for coupling to existing 44.46 to 1 SS SEW Eurodrive gear reducer for final agitator speed of 38 RPM, vessel is asme rated for 15 PSI @ -20 to 200 degrees F by Alloy Products, 18" diameter x 18" straight side, dish top and bottom, center bottom 1.5" outlet with tri clamp connection and 21" floor clearance, top has 4" 3" and 1" (w/1.5" tri clamp connection), two side mounted handles, each drive connects to tank with clamping rings, tank is mounted on four outrigger legs interconnected on three sides, two straight and two swivle casters with locks.
