Tank mounted homogenizer by Silverson Mixer, model BX 60, serial #2CB2889, vessel serial #S77208. Features Feldmeier equipment tank in pharmaceutical grade construction with 316 L stainless steel on product contact surfaces with high polished finish, 304 stainless steel exterior with polished finish, fully jacketed, insulated and shrouded vessel body is national board rated (#3842) for 150 PSI @ -20 to 330 F or 50 PSI @ full vacuum, two opposing hinged 1/3 top covers with Destaco adjustable lock down clamps, fixed central bridge apx. 10" wide with Silverson including down thrust shaft mounted propeller, square holded screen stator and spare general purpose stator, vessel is 24" diameter x 24" straight side with dish bottom, 1.5" center bottom outlet with manually operated Asepco radial diaphragm valve in 316 L SS, 18" floor clearance and tri clamp connection, single temperature well, removeable baffle allowing two positions is top mounted with locking pin, vessel in frame mounted with 3 Mettler Toledo load cells and IND 560 scale controller, factory controls feature mixer variable speed with digital tachometer, e stop, disconnect and scale controls wired for 460 volt/3 phase service, twin push handles, vessel floor frame with four swivel and locking casters and four screw down floor jacks. Formerly used in drug manufacturing.
