Came out of data center in Colorado, a cooler climate. This is a reduced "as-is" price. For an additional $4,000 the unit will be completely refurbished and include a 1-year warranty on all parts. Can be paired with 6-fan condenser, also available from us. This is one item of much more cooling, backup generator and UPS equipment that we have. If we don't have it we can get it for you at a great price.
