We were contracted to remove five rooftop duct furnaces from an office building and replace them with air handlers with heating and cooling capabilities. The units that were removed were manufactured in the final weeks of 2017 (manufactured in the 50th week), installed in the Spring of 2018 and fully operational when removed. We removed them in 2020, and they have been stored inside since that time. These units were installed in Southern California that has a very mild and brief heating season, so these five units have had very little use.
When purchased new in late 2017, the Model: HDP 75AMR units sold for approximately $13,000.00 each and the Model HDP 200AMR was approximately $15,500.00.
Renovations force us to liquidate these units to make room for construction activities. We have a total of five units, four are Model #HDP 75AMRLN40F2AQ2IDA00 and one is Model #HDP 200AMRLN40F2ES2MDA0. This listing is for the sale of ONE of the four smaller units being Model #HDP 75AMRLN40F2AQ2IDA00. The larger Model HDP 200AMRLN40F2ES2MDA00 is not being sold under this listing, but if interested, please inquire.
