Each unit is installed into a custom-built stainless-steel plenum enclosure that was manufactured by Custom Air Plenums in Morristown, Tennessee.

Units were installed new at a Elementary School in Tennessee in 2005, but were only used for about six years as the school was closed due to a sink hole opening on the property. After we purchased the property, we never used the HVAC system, so aside from testing, they have not been in use for the past 12+ years.

All units are in excellent condition and were working properly when they were disconnected from utilities and removed.

IMPORTANT NOTE for shipping: Dimensions and Weight are for an individual unit and should be added up (19x in total) to determine shipping requirements. The HVAC unit and stainless steel Plenum together weighs approximately 400 Lbs., but without a means to weigh it accurately, that could vary +/- 50 Lbs.
