Drum Dry Roasting Line:
This is a batch dry roasting line which uses salt as a medium to roast products. The salt then can be used several times depending on the product. Perfect for small batches as well as Large ones. Roasts between 1500 To 2000 lbs of products per shift. All elector motors are AEG and all switches are European.

4. Sieve To Remove The Excess Salt
5. Seasoning Mixer

7. Hood
8. Fan
9. Pipes for the roaster and the hood

Line used to do 50lb batches of nut and seed roasting.

Roaster was fed manually in last operation but can be set up for automatic feeding with the bucket elevator.

Vibratory feeder under hopper needs replacement.

ROASTER
Recirculated salt during operation to assist with drying
Roasting pan: 60″L x 29.5″W
Capacity: 50lb batches
Batches took 5-20 minutes depending on product being roasted
Requires 2psi natural gas connection
Includes chimney exhaust, built to resist corrosion from steam and salt coming off product
