    Description

    Olympian whole house generator.  45 KW, LP fuel, 1800 RPM,  240/120 v 1 phase, 3 wire, 60Hz, 188 amps.   Unit was installed brand new when house was built in 2005.  We bought in 2012. Only has about 100 hours.  Barely broken in.  Engine is a Ford - similar to the Taurus basic engine. 

    I have had some electrical/electronics  problems with this which I am unable to fix.  An experienced electrician/generator technician should have no problem getting it up and running.  When I can get it running it runs great.  Nothing wrong with the engine itself but something in the electronics shuts the engine off.  Too nice a unit to just be sitting here unused. Because of its size and capacity, it could easily be a small business power supply.  Switch box will sell with it.  Sound Attenuated Case.

    Buyer must arrange for removal and shipping.  NEGOTIABLE ON PRICE.  Comparable units selling for $12,000 to $15,000.
