This unit was purchased new by a major hospital in 2006. It is a 2005 model Trane IntelliPAK 130 ton roof top a/c unit. Serial # : C05J08677 Due to some design errors in the hospital it was replaced in 2011 with a new unit. The unit weighs 17,000 lbs. The unit was in good working order when removed from service, however it is being sold as is in the exact condition as seen in the photographs. Viewing is available. Buyer is responsible for removal and all loading and shipping costs and responsibilities. Rigging instructions are on the unit and can be forwarded if needed. The overall cosmetic condition is good.
