    Description

    You are bidding on a Wheelabrator Tumblast 20 " x 27" tumbleblasting machine. The machine is used but still in very good working condition. The main blast wheel motor is a 5 horsepower 1800 rpm, high torque, low starting current WHEELABRATOR motor. The motor drives a Speed Selector Inc Model 8810 spring pulley to maximize the output of rpms to the blast wheel. The blast wheel itself has recently been rebuilt with new vanes and control cage.

    The Mill motor is a 1/2 horsepower 1800 rpm WHEELABRATOR motor. The Mill belt has some wear which is why the unit is being sold with a brand new rubber mill belt included. Many hours left on old one before new one will need to be installed.

    The elevator motor is also a 1/2 horsepower 1800 rpm WHEELABRATOR motor. Elevator is in great condition with very little wear and all cups are intact in proper working condition.

    Controls:

    (1) 3-motor control panel completely wired , mounted in a single Nema-12 enclosure, including magnetic starters with thermal overload protection, 110 volt control circuit, and pneumatic time delay relay for door lock.

    The unit and all components are sold as is . Machine was in working order and only set aside so that a newer machine could be put in its place. Machine weighs approx. 4800 lbs and can be shipped as two pieces (elevator and main machine) . Machine serial # is A131652. A complete set of electrical schematics is also included. I also have available the original dust collector which I will gladly include at a small cost. The collector has brand new dust sleeves installed however we never did use the collector so it is sold as is. SHIPPING: I can have it freighted to you AT YOUR EXPENSE or you can have a carrier come to my shop and I will load the item for you. Any other shipping concerns please feel free to contact me.
