    - Aquionics UV system Model PMT 200F2 rated for 150 PSI, maximum flow rate of 140 gallons per minute at 80 degrees Celsius.
    - Protec pressure membrane vessels, Model Pro-8-450-SP, rated for 450 PSI, 20-120 degrees Fahrenheit.
    - Aquafine ultraviolet disinfection unit, Model RBE-12R, - Neslab Model HX75 recirculating chiller,
    - 15 HP Grundfos pumps,
    - Osmonics cartridge filter Model HX0720-2.0F-316-A,
    - USF cartridge filters Model T910802-300, and
    - Armstrong heat exchanger Model SX13-500-45.

    Designed for use in wafer polishing application.
