Description
Selecta 20 is a left-hand, single-sided automatic edge banding machine for edge banding wood or similar panels. It can also apply edging materials such as melamine, PVC, ABS, veneer, coiled material and solid wood strips.

Gluing unit - cut off saw - tilted trimmer unit - edge scraper unit + edge heating unit - buffer unit

3/4" cap. edge banding thickness and 3/8" - 2 1/4" height; min panel length 5-1/2" and min width 2-3/8". Automatic strip and coil feed magazine with 3mm PVC guillotine.

Equipped with 4.4 lbs capacity "fast heat up" granular glue system, Teflon coated lower applicator glue pot, 1" dia. glue applicator roller.

Pressure section with (1) large dia. clutch controlled drive roller and (2) pneumatic pressure idle rollers, independent adjustment of drive and idle rollers with digital indicator.

Workstations: Front and rear end trims (0.75hp - 12,000 RPM ea), motors tilt 0 - 15 degrees on horiz. plane; top and bottom flush/bevel trims (2 hp - 12,000 RPM ea), motors bevel from 0 - 30 degrees, digital readout for easy setup; top and bottom PVC scrapers, pneumatic pressure control for scraping knives, digital readouts; top and bottom buffing with moisture spray jets, (0.3 HP - 1,680 RPM motor ea), units tilt 0 - 30 degrees.

Feed chain with white rubber pads, single feed of 40 FPM, 2 HP feed drive. Complete with insulated sound enclosure with large window area, frequency converter and used tooling.
