    BRANDT OPTIMAT SERIES KD-55
    0.4 - 3MM (1/8") Edge thickness cap., automatic coil & strip feed magazine, guillotine for 3 mm PVC banding, fast startup (10 Min heat-up) glue system; reversible rotation glue applicator roller. Feed speed of 30 FPM.

    Workstations:
    -Vertical travel double motor front & rear end trim (0.25 HP - 12,000 RPM motors)
    -Top & bottom flush/ bevel trimmers (0.35 HP - 12,000 RPM motors), bevel 0 degrees to 15 degrees.
    -OPEN Space for Top & Bottom PVC scraping unit.
    -Top & Bottom buffing unit (0.15 HP - 2,750 RPM motors).

    Equipped with:
    -Operator control panel at eye-level, electronic line control (no limit switches), height indicator on holddown beam, electric motor brakes on trimmers.
