32.6 gallons rim full melting tank(kettle) with a custom Ivek Digispense 8 system.

Comes with a mixer, multiple circuit heating element uniformly applied to bottom and sidewall. Approx 3 watts per square inch, 220 volts/single phase,

The original price was $7900 for the kettle with options and the Ivek $7060

We have all the original paperwork for both units. With cover, 12 gauge stainless steel(type 304), 20" diameter, 30" tall, 60-250 degrees F, wired into 120v control circuit.

One hose needs the electrical heating element looked at. 2-10 foot hose dispense

Super clean and on its own portable base.
