20 Quart Agitated Kettle By Groen Model TDC/2-20, Serial #92360.

Features all stainless steel food grade design, NFS stamped, manually operated tilt out scraper agitator furnished with new nylon finger scrapers, drive shaft for offset secondary agitator (provided at additional cost with varying designs available) 120 volt/1 phase with cord and plug and externally mounted variable speed DC controller, jacketed tilting kettle is National Board rated (#92360) for 45 PSI @ 300°F, manual tilt handle may be located on left or right of kettle, mounted in mild steel sub frame with casters, integral safety switch prevents agitator from operating in raised position, steam inlets enter through bottom of kettle base plate. Formerly used in branded food products pilot lab.
