    Description

    JC Pardo (Cleveland) 200 Gallon Stainless Steel Direct Steam Kettle with Horizontal Mixing Arm. Bowl measures 45in diameter X 48in deep with 3in center bottom outlet with valve. Jacket rated for 100 PSI at 338 degrees Fahrenheit to minus 20 degrees Fahrenheit. Agitator driven by 5 HP, 208V, 1680 rpm motor through gearbox with 85.65 final output rpm. Includes Cleveland inPartlow MRC 7000in Cook Chill Control Center with controls for agitator speed, water, valve, and cooking/cooling options. Includes top hinged lid. Mounted on four (4) stainless steel legs. Serial number 7274, National Board Number 2696. New in 1996. Previously used in food operation and iner vy good condition.
