Features all stainless steel construction with food grade finish, scraping and counter rotating agitator mounted on ss tilt out bridge with pneumatic tilting cylinder, kettle is jacketed and national board rated (#762) for 90 psi @ - 20 to 320° f, hydro tested @ 154 psi, internal flush seating temperature probe, 1. 5" center bottom discharge with tri clamp connection and 20" clearance, agitator is directly driven by sew eurodrive and gear reducer, mounted on 20. 5" x 48" sub frame with casters, floor pads and push handle, includes original control panel, two loose fitting half covers. Formerly used in food manufacturing.
