Features all stainless steel sanitary construction with food grade polished finish, fully jacketed body is national board rated (# 5188) for 40 psi at 267 degrees f (factory hydro tested @ 67 psi), bridge mounted single motion anchor style agitator with nylon scraper blades and bottom paddles, driven by louis allis "allspeed" variable speed motor, 1 horsepower, 230/460/3 phase voltage, 4. 3/2. 1 amps, 60 cycle, motor is ul rated for hazardous locations under class i/group d, manually adjustable agitator speeds from 14 to 56 rpm, bridge has two 5" x 9" long spade shaped baffles with adjustable angles, 2" center bottom outlet, flush seating manually operated ball valve, tri clamp connection and 19" floor clearance, portable clamp mount mixer stand on brim of vessel, one loose fitting cover. Formerly used in food ingredients manufacturing.
