Description

30 gallon jacketed sweep agitated kettle, mfg unknown. Features all stainless steel food grade construction, fully jacketed body and slight cone bottom, insulated and shrouded side walls, (tested for low pressure service), 24" id x 15" straight side, slight cone bottom to 2" center bottom discharge with 13. 5" floor clearance, anchor style sweep agitator with small angled fins contouring vessel interior, agitator is driven by Eurodrive gear motor, 380/575 volt, 3 phase, apx 25 RPM, 2. 5/1.4 amps, mounted on bolt on SS 12" wide bridge with two ports and controls mounting platform, two loose fitting 1/2 covers, mounted on four SS fixed legs with threaded adjustable floor feet with drilled pads, drive may be substituted with new motor for U. S. Standard voltages. Formerly used in branded food processing.
