Features all 316 stainless steel kettle with 304 jacket and exterior construction in usda approved design, kettle has jacketed body national board rated (# 10478) body for 90 psi @ -20 to 332 degrees f with full body shroud (side walls and bottom), inclined double motion scraper agitator is designed to produce gentle blending and folding action, independent variable speed drives on scraper and counter rotating agitators by eurodrive with variable frequency drives by ac tech, (wired for 400-480 volt service/motors are dual voltage)
