Description

10 gallon stainless steel jacketed kettle with double motion scrape surface agitator mounted on a hinged bridge. Variable speed controls. The bridge can be lifted out of the kettle manually. The kettle is 18" diameter x 14" deep (approximately 10 US gallons). It has a 2" diameter bottom centre threaded discharge but it can also be discharged by tilt. Currently the bottom discharge has a temperature probe in it but it can be removed. It has stainless steel contact parts with a mild steel painted frame on casters. Max. working pressure 90 psi, Max. working temp. 330 F. Hydrostatic test 135. In good working condition. It has new bushings and rebuilt spindle drive as well as an updated electrical panel. Last used in a cosmetic facility.
